Liberty School of Dance is a premium children’s dance school based in Isleworth, West London. The aim of our school is to nurture technique in a friendly and welcoming environment. Liberty School of Dance specialises in teaching Ballet, Modern, Jazz, StreetĀ and Tap dance for children. It was established in September 2012 with the main objective of delivering the highest standards of dance teaching in a fun, yet disciplined environment. We follow the syllabus of the Royal Academy of DanceĀ for Ballet and The Imperial Society of Teachers of Dancing for Tap, Modern and Jazz.
Dance classes are held in the open and spacious Millennium Hall. This bright and spacious hall provides a lovely atmosphere to promote learning in a welcoming and safe environment. There is ample space for the children to explore the way in which their bodies move. Marina O’Brien is a registered teacher with the RAD and ISTD and holds an enhanced CRB disclosure. Both exam boards are highly reputable and internationally recognised. Marina aims to teach the students according to their own ability and will set individual goals so that every student understands their progress, but most importantly, will be able to recognise their own improvements. At Liberty, we breakdown and demonstrate new movements carefully and slowly in order to make the steps accessible to each and every student.
We are located in Osterley Road, Isleworth, just off the A4, between Gillette corner and Osterley underground station. Our classes are held at the St. Mary’s Church in their bright and spacious Millennium Hall.
At Liberty, our mission is to nurture a joy of dance in each of the students who walk through our doors. We aim to deliver the highest standards of dance technique, while promoting confidence in performance, within a friendly and nurturing environment.
